No-Return Policy for Artworks.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All artworks sold by Hugnown are unique, original creations and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that each piece is one-of-a-kind.

2. Carefully Review Before Purchase
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an artwork’s size, medium, or appearance, please contact us prior to ordering.

3. Damage During Shipping
While we take every precaution to package and ship our artworks securely, any damage occurring during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please provide photographs of the damage for claims processing.

4. Legal Exceptions
This no-return policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable. For example, in some jurisdictions, you may have rights regarding items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described. Our policy does not override these legally protected rights.
