1. Processing Time
All artworks are unique, handmade pieces. Orders are typically processed within 3–14 business days. Custom or commissioned artworks may require longer; estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods
We use reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery of your artwork. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

4. Risk of Loss
Once an artwork is shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We package artworks securely, but Hugnown is not liable for damage incurred during transit unless a claim is filed in accordance with our reporting procedure.

5. Reporting Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can assist with the claim.

6. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

7. Delivery Issues
Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Hugnown. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping problems.

8. Acceptance of Shipping Terms
By purchasing from Hugnown, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping Policy and agree to the transfer of risk as outlined above.
