Terms of sale

1. General
All sales of artworks by Hugnown are governed by these Terms of Sale. By purchasing an artwork, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Unique Artworks
All artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the art.

3. Pricing
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

4. Payment Methods                                                                                             Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of artworks, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Please review all information carefully before purchasing. Refer to our No-Return Policy for details.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Artwork will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Once the item is shipped, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties for international shipments.

7. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and descriptions remain the intellectual property of Hugnown or the respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Hugnown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain errors or appear fraudulent.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
